I am unable to place a bid on the site even though I have done so earlier.
For every auction that is won, but payment is not completed, the system will give a negative rating.
If you have an overall rating of -1, this will bar you from doing a 'Buy Now' on the auction panel.
If you have an overall rating of -5, this will bar you from placing any further bids on Rediff Auction.
Thus to ensure that you are able to continue bidding on Rediff auctions, you are requested to honor and complete the payment for all the won auctions.
