I have already sent the cheque. Why is my order not approved?

There are two reasons for which your order may not yet be approved despite receiving the cheque. Error in the cheque details or the cheque is still not cleared from your bank

  • Error in the cheque details - Cheque may be drawn in a wrong name, wrong amount, not crossed, not signed, no order number mentioned, the value does not match with the order amount.
  • Cheque is still not cleared- The order will be pending for approval if the amount is still not cleared form your bank.
