Who is responsible incase of wrong/defective or damaged products delivered?

Return / Refund / Replacement Policy

  • In case of all other items, the request for return / replacement shall be submitted within 7 days of receipt of the items. There are no extra shipping charges for the delivery of replacement items.
  • Products with specified warranty period, queries to be received within the time frame as mentioned on the product page.
  • Queries received outside the time frame as mentioned above, will not be entertained.
  • Under certain conditions, refunds will be done via Rediff gift certificates. The area as applicable for refund via Rediff gift certificate is as follows:
    1. Address not correct.
    2. Recipient not available
    3. Refused to accept.
    4. Requesting cancellation before dispatch
    5. Customer wants to return, as he does not like the product.
    6. All courier charges for replacements.
    7. Any quality issues.
  • In all of the above conditions, a Rediff gift certificate will be awarded to the customer. This will be sent to the email id mentioned at the time of registering the order. The mail will also carry the steps and procedure to redeem the Rediff gift voucher.
    Incase of a replacement, our logistic will pick the item and deliver it to the vendor. The replacement item will be delivered to the customer within 8 working days. Our logistics partners will attempt delivery of the items thrice. Incase the delivery is not executed during all the three attempts, due to recipient not available/premises locked, etc., the customer will still be charged for the order.
