I am unable to sign in to Rediff Bol. Why?

  • Check if you have entered the user name and password correctly.
  • Check if the Caps Lock on your computer is on. This might lead to incorrect user name and password to get typed into the Rediff Bol window.
  • Check if your internet connection is on.
  • Check if your Internet connectivity is behind any Proxy connection set up. To configure your proxy: Click Settings > Connection Settings > Set HTTP proxy. Enter the user name and password if required.
  • Check if you are behind a firewall. Depending upon the type of Firewall, select Rediff Bol from the list of applications and select “Allow”. Incase Rediff Bol does not feature in the list, browse and select it from the program files.
  • We might be having some temporary issues with the server – hence try signing in after some time.
    If none of the above help in resolving the problem, do please capture the exact error message and send it to us.
