The SMS I sent long back hasn’t reached my friend so far. Why?
Delivery of SMS depends largely on the coverage and availability of the mobile service provider. Most of the times, late delivery of the SMS is mistaken as non delivery of SMS. Still if you feel that the message has not been delivered, click on “Need more help” and give us all the details about the same, including the mobile number you are trying to send the message to, the service provider etc.
