→ Check if you have entered the user name and password correctly.
→ Check if the Caps Lock on your computer is on. This might lead to incorrect user name and password to get typed into the Rediff Bol window.
→ Check if your internet connection is on.
→ Check if your Internet connectivity is behind any Proxy connection set up.
→ We might be having some temporary issues with the server – hence try signing in after some time.
