How will I know if my friends are Online/ Offline/ Available on SMS?
The Rediff Bol main window groups friends into Online, Offline or Available on SMS according to their current status. In addition, a desktop alert in the lower right corner of your screen notifies you when friends change their status. To activate the alerts:
Click Settings > Alerts Settings
Click the “Display alerts when buddies change status”
The desktop alert is now enabled and you will know the exact status of your friends.
Under the alerts section, you may also:
Display alerts when you receive a mail.
Play a sound when friends sign in or send a message.
Show friend’s list when mouse over on the tray icon.
