Your friends are automatically grouped under three heads: Online, Offline, mobile and available on SMS.
Double click on a friend's name OR click on “Bol” > Send message. Then choose a friend from the “Friend list” and click on “Send Message”.
The Instant Message window opens. Type your message in the text box at the bottom.
Click Send OR hit the Enter key on your keyboard. Your message will be sent to your friend and shall be seen in the chat window. Replies from friends will appear under your message along their name.
You can send additional messages without waiting for your friend to reply.
