• In the main Rediff Bol window, click “Bol” > View offline messages.
• A window opens, displaying the messages received when you were offline.
• Click on a message in the left display window. The full text of the message will appear in the right window. You can choose to reply to the message or delete it.

Once done, close the window to return to the main Rediff Bol window.
