If you want to save a text conversation you are having with a friend in the Instant Message window, click Actions > Save chat.
Type a filename for your conversation and click Save. Your conversation is saved by default as a text file in the folder c:\Programfiles\RediffBol\AppWorkingDir\Client.
If you wish to save the conversation as it progresses just click Actions > Save chat
You can save your conversation to a different folder or location by choosing the desired location or folder. To change the default location where conversations are stored, click Settings > Messages Settings
Choose “Save conversation”.
Click Change and choose the desired folder.
Click OK. The path of the folder will now appear in the text box under “Save conversations”.
