How to get mail alerts on mobile?

  • Click on Email Alerts on Mobile > enter your mobile number
  • Choose any one of the alert that you want :
    • Alert me whenever an email reaches my inbox
    • Alert me when I receive my mails from everybody in my address book
    • Alert me only when I receive mails from friends I choose
  • Click on Proceed to Confirmation
  • You would get a SMS on the mobile number mentioned by you with a message
    " Type RMA to confirm Alerts on your mobile".
  • You have to type RMA and reply to the SMS. This confirms your mobile number.
  • Now you can start getting mail alerts on your mobile phone.
Note: Your mobile service provider will charge you Re 1 for every SMS Mail alert that you get on your mobile.
