Your contacts can be grouped according to your choice (E.g. Friends, Colleagues etc). Each Group that you create will consist of Individual Contacts.
Eg: Group ‘Buddies’ shall have all the email addresses of all your friend
Group ‘Work’ shall have all the email addresses of all your colleagues etc.
You can send an email to the entire group by just entering the group name in the To:, Cc: or Bcc: field while writing an email. This is especially useful while sending group emails.
To create Group Contacts
Click on 'Add to Group' > ‘New Group’. It will open a new page where you can type the name of the group (e.g. Friends, Colleagues), select the Individual(s) from the Quick Individual List and click on the '<<' button to add the email IDs. Click on ‘Create Group’ to complete the process.
