How to send a mail?
Click on ‘Write New Mail’
Enter the email ID of the person to whom the mail needs to be send in the ‘To’ column.
If the same mail is to be sent to multiple mail ID's then you can use the option of ‘CC’ and ‘BCC’
Add a ‘Subject’ if required. The subject gives the receiver an idea as to what is contained in the mail. Eg: Subject: A big hi for you
If you have to send an attachment, click ‘Attach’ In case you want a need to get the copy of the mail that you have sent, then click ‘Save Copy’. The sent mail shall be saved in the ‘Sent mail’.
