How are the shipping charges calculated?

Rediff.com has adopted a set method of calculation of the shipping charges across all categories of products. Details are as below:

  • The shipping charge will be calculated based on the size of the product and the delivery city.
  • The size of the product is determined at the time of uploading the product online.
  • The system reads the destination city as entered by the customer.

    • Based on the above criteria’s, the shipping charge is calculated and displayed on the payment page.

  • For Cash on Delivery, there is an additional shipping charge.
      Rs.20/- for Metro cities
      Rs.40/- for non-metro cities.
