Can I change the mode of payment after the order is registered? Example: from Cheque to cash on delivery?
We do not permit the change of payment option from cheque to COD, however if an order is not yet approved and the payment needs to be changed to Credit card or Cheque / DD option, it is possible to do the same by sending an email to Rediff customer service and the needful will be done.
A new order number will be generated and emailed to you.
