Can I come to the office and pick the item by paying in cash?
Rediff.com is an online portal wherein products are displayed and payment is done online itself. Post approvals of the order, these items are delivered to the shipping address by courier. We do not have a retail outlet wherein the customers can come and view the products and pay for the same by cash. All orders are accepted over the net only and delivered via courier.
