On placing an order with Rediff.com, an order number is generated and is saved in 'Your Account'. This is mentioned on the top right corner of the shopping home page. You can access your account at any time and view the details and status of your order.
Simultaneously, you will be informed about your order status at every stage, through an email. You may track your order via mobile by simply typing ' TRACK ' followed by the Order number and send it to 7333. Your status will be sent to you via SMS.
