Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. If the order is already under process with the vendor, then the request will not be accepted.
If Rediff acknowledges canceling an order, the refund may be done in the form of a Rediff gift voucher that will be sent via email.
For products listed under special Events & Promotions (Rakhi, Diwali, Valentine etc…) and Express Delivery, cancellations will not be entertained.
If in case you want to cancel the order of perishable products, the cost of the product will have to be borne by you.
