My order has already been registered? Why is there a delay in receiving it?
In case you choose a 'Cheque' payment option, the order will be processed only after your cheque has been realized.
In case you choose a 'Demand Draft' payment option, your order will be processed only after we have received your Demand Draft.
In case you choose a 'Cash-On-Delivery' payment option, products will be delivered only in India to selected 250 cities. Also please note that Cash on Delivery option won't be valid if the Delivery is International.
For orders placed via 'net banking' payment option, we require atleast 24 - 48 hours to approve the order. We work on the basis of the communication from the bank intimating us on the status of the payment.
There are various reasons to which an order may not yet be approved
Order is of a high value and verification details are required.
Payment is not received or cleared from the bank.
Payment details have not been successfully entered in the system.
