If a product is found defective, within how many days, should I contact What is the Refund, return and replacement policy?

Return / Refund / Replacement Policy
  • In case of perishable items, the request for replacement / refund shall be submitted within 2 days of receipt of the items.
  • In case of all other items, the request for return / exchange shall be submitted within 7 days of receipt of the items. There are no extra shipping charges for the delivery of replacement items.
  • Products with specified warranty period, queries to be received within the time frame as mentioned on the product page.
  • Queries received outside the time frame as mentioned above, will not be entertained.

  • Incase of a replacement, our logistic will pick the item and deliver it to the vendor. The replacement item will be delivered to the customer within 8 working days. Our logistics partners will attempt delivery of the items thrice. Incase the delivery is not executed during all the three attempts, due to recipient not available/premises locked, etc., the customer will still be charged for the order.

    Incase of replacement of perishable items, the delivery of items will be attempted only once. Being perishable in nature, neither nor our enabling partner will be able to accept any returns of such items.
