What if I do not have a password or do not remember the password?
The scenarios in which you may log into your account to complete shopping is as below:
New User
Rediffmail ID-(existing rediffmail password generated and sent to his rediffmail ID)
Non Rediff ID-(freshly generated password is mailed to the email ID that he has used for shopping)
Existing User
Rediff ID with password –continue shopping in a regular manner.
Rediff ID without password –(existing rediffmail password generated and sent to his rediffmail ID)
Non Rediff ID with password–continue shopping in a regular manner.
Non Rediff ID without password- (freshly generated password is mailed to the email ID that he has used for shopping)
In any scenario, where a password is not submitted, a password will be mailed to the given email ID.
In any case where a password is entered, the shopper can continue to complete the shopping process.
