"I am unable to receive any mails on this and the other email ids we have created for our company"

You could be facing the problem due to the following reasons::

  • If you have booked your domain from some other service provider and you have email solution with rediff and you have not pointed the mx record to from the domain control panel/DNS Control

  • If you have placed the senders email id in your Block Sender list
  • (If this is the case, all mails from this user will bounce back to the sender. Unblock the sender if you have blocked him/her by mistake. ).
  • If your mail box is full, then all mails sent to you will bounce back to the sender. Please check your account size and make sure you keep your account within the limit.
  • Heavy internet traffic or routing problems could cause delays in sending/receiving the mails.
