The order has still not reached me. Whom do I contact for help?

Our logistics partners deliver orders from Rediff Shopping. Subject to the availability of stock, our minimum lead-time for delivery of any product varies according to the vendors. Normally, the lead-time for delivery for every product is mentioned at the bottom of the product page.

However, different products may have different delivery lead-times depending upon the vendors or the place of shipment. This is mentioned on various web pages. Also, the delivery is not attempted on Sundays and public holidays, since there is no courier service available on these days. In case there is no courier service to the address mentioned in the order, the order will be cancelled and the same will be intimated to you by email.
