You could be facing a problem due to the following reasons:

• If you have placed the senders email id in your Block Sender list.

  If this is the case, all mails from this user will bounce back to the sender. Unblock the sender if you have blocked him/her by mistake.

• If Your mail box is full.
  In this case all mails sent to you will bounce back to the sender. Please check your account size and make sure you keep it within the limit.
  You may alternately increase your mailbox size by buying additional storage or Rediffmail Plus. Go to ‘Upgrade Rediffmail’ link.
• Heavy internet traffic or routing problems.

This could cause delays in delivering the mail you have sent or in rec eiving mails sent to you by other users.
