You can retrieve your password online. Please follow the procedure given below to retrieve your password:

1. Click on the “Forgot Password?” link on the login page – https://register.rediff.com/utilities/newforgot/index.php?FormName=showlogin
2. Enter your username and click ‘Continue’.
3. You will get 2 options to reset the password.
   • Alternate Email Address
   • Mobile Number

You can choose any of these and follow the process to reset the password.

If you are unable to see the options mentioned in Step3 or do not remember the complete details then send a mail to customersupport@rediff.co.in from any of your other email account and our support team will respond to you in a timely manner.
