Adding users to your rediffmailPro account

RediffmailPro Standard Version

You need to go to our website that is http://businessemail.redif com
Click on sign in- then USER PANEL on the right top corner of the web page.
Enter your User Id eg (******* @hotmail.com) followed by the portal password. (If you do not remember the same kindly click on forgot password and reset the same.)
Once done, under My Account there is an option to purchase additional emails by clicking option Buy additional Basic IDs.
Select the number of email ids required (minimum 5 additional ids needs to be purchased).
Fill in the details and proceed with the payment. Once the payment is done.
You will be receiving an order number as the confirmation of the same.

There is a feature called user management in the admin panel.
This feature gives the Administrator a control over all type of user management activitiesand enables him to manage them in an efficient manner.
